THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to support the delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll be working closely with our Paid Media Specialist and Head of Performance to help execute best-in-class performance campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in fashion and beauty (premium/luxury).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early-stage experience in paid media or digital marketing who is hungry to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
• Support Campaign Execution: Assist in building and launching paid media campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
• Optimisation Support: Help monitor and adjust live campaigns — including bids, budgets, audiences, and creative variants.
• Performance Reporting: Pull weekly and monthly reports, track KPIs, and assist in drawing out performance insights.
• Ad Copy & Creative Prep: Assist with copywriting, UTM tagging, creative naming conventions, and asset management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to implement testing ideas, learn about channel strategies, and support execution across accounts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry changes, platform updates, and creative trends to bring fresh thinking to the team.
Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing or paid media (internships or junior roles at an agency or brand welcome)
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Analytical mindset and confident in using tools like Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and highly organised - especially with naming conventions, assets, and reporting
• A passion for fashion, beauty, or ecommerce is a bonus
NICE TO HAVE
• Affiliate channels experience
• TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest ads experience (or desire to learn)
• Ecommerce platform experience (Shopify, Shopify Plus)
• Feed management tool experience (DataFeedWatch, Shoptimised, Feedoptimised)
• Data connector experience (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Big Query)
