Responsibilities: • Own every line of code shipped impacting creators selling educational programs (our biggest vertical), ensuring it meets an extremely high quality bar and solves deep rooted problems • Talk to customers weekly to deeply understand their business and pain points on Whop • Work closely with sales and AMs to identify onboarding and retention blockers • Own the roadmap for our main vertical today (Educational programs) • Spend ~4 hours/week in customer support to stay close to smaller creators’ problems • Work directly with design and engineering to execute against your roadmap Qualifications: Required: • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager (or prev/active founder) • A strong portfolio of products built demonstrating solid UX thinking and polished visual design • Comfortable working across different stages of the product process—from ideation to live on whop.com • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred: • Have worked with creators/entrepreneurs previously building online businesses.
