They are seeking a Product Manager to own and lead a new customer loyalty program, working closely with various stakeholders to create and execute a strategic roadmap. Responsibilities: • Work backwards from the customer to create relevant offers which provide meaningful value. • Work closely with Amazon Business stakeholders including marketing, business and engineering teams to build and execute the offer roadmap. • Source new opportunities for the loyalty program. Work with category owners, vendor management teams and 1P/3P sellers to drive awareness and interest in the program. • Collaborate with UX research, Customer Service and Business Intelligence teams to collect and analyze customer insights and improve the customer experience.
