Responsibilities: • Translate customer insights and business goals into clear, actionable product ideas across the full customer journey. • Own the strategy and execution for customer-facing features along the Discovery, Consideration, & Purchase funnels as well as internal tools that support digital merchandising strategies. • Partner with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand problems, align priorities, and deliver solutions. • Drive collaboration and influence through persuasive communication, data storytelling, and structured thinking. • Assist in defining KPIs and tracking key metrics to assess business opportunities and measure the success of features and projects. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) to pull data and generate reports to evaluate experiments or feature rollouts. • Responsible for organizing agile scrum ceremonies for a team of engineers,, breaking down requirements into technical scope, estimates, and end-to-end project plans. • Create and maintain a roadmap of shippable features, detailing the hypothesis, timeline for testing and implementation, and results to report to the product and executive teams. Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of experience in product management for a consumer facing product • Hands-on experience working with Shopify, with a strong grasp of its capabilities and limitations. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Airtable, and Figma. • A track record using data and research to enhance customer journey • Highly analytical and organized approach to problems, leverage data and research to present solutions. • Empathy and effectiveness when working with cross-functional partners from diverse specialties and experience. • An entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated, and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; unafraid to make big, strategic decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken • Passion for Everlane's mission and values. • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule Company: Everlane designs, manufactures, and sells clothing items for men and women via online e-commerce website.
