Role description
Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with over 60 years of rich heritage. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.
We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.

This dynamic position blends seasonal planning, in-season trading, and cross-functional collaboration. Youβll also play a key part in mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

β’ Seasonal Planning: Lead seasonal planning for key product categories. Forecast sales and create production requirement plans by product, region, and channel. Presenting at seasonal sign-off meetings.
β’ Reforecasting: Conduct monthly reforecasts at both product and regional levels, ensuring alignment with trading performance and wider business objectives. Regularly update size curves based on performance trends to optimise future buys and stock availability.
β’ Stock & Inventory Management: Partner with the Supply & Demand (S&D) team to review and approve Blue Yonderβs monthly carryover buy suggestions. Ensure production plans support newness and core continuity availability across regions and channels

β’ Ecommerce Support: Assist in managing stock allocations and availability for Ecom channels, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.
