Role description
A leading importer in the luxury goods space, supplying top-tier retailers across the US, are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow their relationships with major retail partners including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and others.
This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on key national accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, Wayfair, and similar.
• Manage all aspects of customer relationships, including product listings, pricing, promotional planning, and issue resolution.
• Work within retail and marketplace backend systems (e.g. Vendor Central, supplier portals) to manage compliance, content, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, product, and marketing to ensure high service levels and account performance.
• Analyze account performance data to identify growth opportunities, manage margins, and improve product placement.
• Commercial planning for key accounts, including product launches, forecasting, and account-specific strategies.
Requirements
• Experience managing large retail or marketplace accounts in a Key Account, Channel, or National Account Manager role.
• Strong track record working with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and similar accounts.
• Hands-on experience with retail/marketplace backend systems and portals.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and product content tools like Salsify.
