About the Team: The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of The Beauty Tech Group brands and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms in order to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations. About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Korean Influencer Executive to lead influencer marketing campaigns targeting the Korean market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Korean social media landscape, strong relationships with local influencers, and the ability to execute impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Korean market. ● Identify, vet, and build strong partnerships with Korean influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Naver, and TikTok. ● Negotiate contracts, manage influencer relationships, and ensure campaign deliverables meet brand standards. ● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant content. ● Monitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns. ● Stay updated on Korean social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitive landscape. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PR, product, and sales to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals. ● Manage budget and timeline for influencer campaigns efficiently. Requirements ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. ● 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management with a focus on the Korean market. ● Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken). ● Strong network of Korean influencers and understanding of the local digital ecosystem. ● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ● Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs. ● Creative thinker with the ability to execute culturally relevant campaigns. Preferred Skills ● Experience working in the beauty, fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors. ● Familiarity with Korean e-commerce platforms and trends. ● Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
