The Title：Overseas Warehouse Operations Manager The Location：New Jersey/Los Angeles Job Responsibilities Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the U.S. overseas warehouse, ensuring efficient and orderly execution of all warehouse activities. Develop and optimize warehouse operation processes, covering inbound, storage, inventory counting, and outbound stages, to improve overall efficiency and service quality. Manage the warehouse team, reasonably allocate work tasks, conduct employee training and performance evaluations, and foster a positive and efficient team atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels to ensure data accuracy, effectively preventing stockouts and overstock issues. Maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to customer needs, and handle complaints and operational exceptions appropriately. Maintain close communication with suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners to ensure smooth supply chain coordination. Analyze operational data, identify potential issues, propose improvement measures, and drive implementation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in U.S. e-commerce overseas warehouse operations management. Plus: Proficiency in both Chinese or English, with the ability to conduct fluent business communication and written correspondence. Strong logical thinking skills, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and coordination skills, with outstanding team management and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities. Responsible and detail-oriented, with strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
