About the Role: As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the charge in telling Lakanto’s story and growing our brand in the wellness food space. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and product development teams to bring our campaigns, launches, and ideas to life. This is a highly collaborative role that balances strategy, planning, and execution. What You’ll Do Brand & Campaign Ownership • Own and evolve Lakanto’s brand identity, voice, and positioning • Plan, build, and manage integrated marketing campaigns • Write briefs and oversee content creation, including working with creative to make sure all photography, video, packaging, and copy are on brand. • Collaborate with social media team to make sure all content is on brand and aligned with brand/campaign goals. Product Marketing & Launches • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and seasonal campaigns • Collaborate with R&D and sales on positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch timelines Content, Digital & Channel Support • Work with ecommerce team to make sure everything on the website and ecommerce platforms is on brand. Event & Community Activation • Identify & support opportunities for brand-aligned events and sponsorships • Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending expos, sampling events, and local activations • Work with the creative and sales teams to create brand kits and marketing assets for partner and industry events. Market Research & Strategy • Track industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions • Gather and apply customer insights to strengthen messaging and product fit • Monitor performance metrics across channels and recommend improvements
