Role description
Our client is a market leader, they are a manufacturer and retailer of high quality products with a fast growing brand presence. They are now on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be someone looking to take that next step in their career with a view to stepping into a leadership role in future. The role β€’ Craft and create digital deliverables for a variety of channels and in-house brands. These will range from art working and website creative, to developing multi-channel digital campaigns. β€’ Supporting with product packaging design and marketing materials (physical and digital). β€’ Work across all graphic, video and digital channels, creating assets for both B2B and B2C consumers. β€’ Collaborating with the wider creative and marketing teams to promote the brands in the best possible way and drive sales via multiple channel activations. β€’ Generating original creative concepts, being empowered to push boundaries and inject your personality into the brands. β€’ Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices. Your experience Key skills and experience we’re looking for include: β€’ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer – ideally in retail, ecommerce or D2C β€’ Experience with product packaging design would be helpful. β€’ Excellent design and layout skills, in particular the use of colour, composition and typography whilst working within existing brand guidelines. β€’ Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. β€’ A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to execute different design styles across website, digital and social channels. β€’ The ability to produce original creative concepts whilst following brand guidelines. β€’ You can own projects, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
