We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to run online marketing initiatives and grow the Beko portfolio brands across the Gulf region in line with the global guidelines. This role involves closely collaborating with the regionally assigned agencies in media and website & social media management for planning digital campaigns and running websites & social media. The position is located in Dubai and reports to the Director-Marketing. What awaits you in this role? 1. Digital Marketing, Website & Social Media Management β€’ Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, CRM, landing page, email, display, and paid media) for the Beko portfolio brands across the Gulf Region by closely working with the media agency β€’ Manage and continuously improve website content and structure to boost product visibility and analytics performance by working with the website management agency β€’ Strategically manage social media channels to grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across key Gulf markets with the social media management agency β€’ Analyze campaign and website performance using analytics tools; identify trends to optimize user journey and digital ROI β€’ Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, targeting, and user experience 1. E-Commerce Account Management β€’ Work closely with the sales team to nurture and strengthen relationships with key e-tailers like Amazon, Noon, and other regional platforms β€’ Assist in ensuring the complete Beko product range is accurately listed, competitively priced, and effectively promoted, while managing inventory, content, and category placement β€’ Provide hands-on support for new product launches online, coordinating pricing, content preparation, and promotional activities end-to-end β€’ Help monitor and analyze key account performance, proactively identifying opportunities to boost visibility and drive sales through targeted promotions and forecasting 1. Strategic Reporting & Optimization β€’ Track KPIs and campaign ROI to support decision-making and long-term digital strategy across the Gulf β€’ Provide regular insights and reports for both internal teams, agencies, and retail partners to ensure alignment on business goals 1. Agency & Partner Coordination: Coordination with regional agencies, trade partners across multiple markets, and multiple brands. 1. Multilingual Content planning & Localization: Focus on Arabic language content along with English 1. A+ Content Syndication & Enhanced Listings (e-commerce) β€’ Oversee the creation, optimization, and syndication of A+ Content and enhanced brand listings across all major e-commerce platforms β€’ Ensure that premium brand content is accurately and consistently displayed to maximize product visibility, conversion, and customer engagement in each market. β€’ Coordinate with content teams, agencies, and platform partners to localize and adapt A+ Content for regional preferences and requirements. β€’ Monitor performance of syndicated content and implement optimizations based on analytics and market feedback. How do we describe the perfect match?
