Role description
In short Our EMEA Digital team is looking for a Lead – Planning & Analytics who will implement best-in-class strategic planning and business analytics activities. As part of our EMEA Digital Strategic Growth & Planning team, you will be responsible for driving forecast accuracy and levelling up our analytics capabilities to drive durable, Full-Price growth in the EMEA region. This is a great opportunity to drive excellence and unlock new opportunities, collaborating closely with the wider EMEA Digital Team. Your mission • Own all planning cycles for the EMEA Digital team, including quarterly forecasts, budgets and Long-Range Plans • Work closely with Trading, M&O, Digital Marketing and Merch Planning teams to build new reports and analytics capabilities which drive faster and more effective decision making • Build deep understanding of our Ecommerce and Marketplaces businesses to ensure we focus on the right data to drive material insight and action • Lead, develop and rationalize all Digital management reporting for new cross channel Monthly Business Review concept in EMEA, working hand-in-hand with our Retail and Wholesale teams • Carry out deep-dive analyses to build greater understanding of business lines and build business cases to scope out new untapped opportunities • Build close working relationships with global Digital teams to ensure we leverage and enhance existing reporting and processes alongside supporting the development of new ones Your story • You have 5+ years of work experience in a similar Planning & Analytics role • You have previous experience with key BI and Visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics) • You have previous experience with digital retailers, accounts or premium brands • You have knowledge of excel, powerpoint, and data visualization tools • You possess a growth mindset - willing to step outside your comfort zone, motivated to step in and making an impact in a fast-growing environment • You have a commercial and analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach, able to build a narrative around data • You have strong organization and planning skills • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills What We Offer On is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
