Role description
Lead, Global Product Manager (DTC) Remote: East Coast Position Summary / Main Purpose of the Role Join a team that’s shaping the future of digital commerce. As the Lead, Global Product Manager (DTC) on our Digital Experience team, you’ll play a key role in driving Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce growth across a portfolio of iconic and emerging audio brands. This role is essential to managing and evolving our technology stack and cross-functional integrations to ensure our sites are high-performing, stable, and scalable. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation and execution—partnering across teams to deliver seamless, data-driven digital experiences that support our broader business strategy. Essential Responsibilities You’ll lead and contribute to strategic initiatives, product launches, platform enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include: • Monitor and maintain site uptime, error rates, and load performance. • Partner with engineering and hosting teams to resolve incidents and improve resiliency. • Establish KPIs and build dashboards to track site health and speed metrics. • Understand API and data flows between SFCC, OMS (Kibo), PIM, CDP, and marketplace platforms. • Lead technical scoping for new integrations (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart). • Ensure integrations meet data governance, security, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with UX, Content & Merch, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to define the platform’s technical roadmap. • Evaluate and recommend new tools, services, and third-party vendors for the DTC stack. • Document system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns. • Serve as the technical escalation point for critical site issues. • Partner closely with the DTC UX & Optimization Lead to ensure technical readiness for new features. • Provide guidance, create tickets, and groom development tasks for internal developers and external agencies. • Communicate technical constraints and opportunities clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. You’ll bring: • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce technical product, platform engineering, or solution architecture roles. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and connected commerce ecosystems. • Deep understanding of eCommerce system integrations (OMS, PIM, ERP, CDP, marketplace APIs). • Proven success managing site stability, speed optimization, and incident response. • Strong grasp of APIs, middleware, and data synchronization workflows. • Excellent cross-functional communication and vendor management skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions—and vice versa. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience will help you stand out: • Experience with Kibo OMS or similar order management systems. • Background in headless commerce or microservices architectures. • Familiarity with media, 3D, and AR platforms. • Experience supporting multi-market, multi-currency DTC commerce sites. • Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools. • Previous work with premium consumer electronics or lifestyle brands. • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field. Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,000-115,000 range plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
