As we scale, weβre looking for a marketing leader who can help bring our story to more people via visual designs and turn moments of meaning and fun into lasting brand loyalty.
π― About the Role
Weβre looking for a high-output, highly creative Lead Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of the Cords Club brand aesthetic across all channels, including our website, photography, product and launch design, social media, email, ads and more! This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Youβll conceptualize, design, and ship assets every week and make sure everything we put into the world looks amazing, feels aligned, and drives performance.
π§© Key Responsibilities
β’ Own the Cords Club visual identity across digital platforms, campaigns, and content
β’ Design weekly creative assets for:
β’ Paid media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
β’ Email/text marketing (Klaviyo imagery, layout direction)
β’ Website updates (homepage banners, product graphics, collection launches)
β’ Organic social (Reels covers, lifestyle posts, quote graphics, etc.)
β’ Ad hoc brand needs (product concepts, event posters, print, packaging, retail displays, etc.)
β’ Work with the product team on concepting and designing new jewelry products for the company.
β’ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to test and iterate on ad creative
β’ Maintain consistency in color, typography, and visual language and imagery
β’ Build and manage a growing library of branded assets and templates.Β Provide organization to agencies and internal teams needing assets every day to run campaigns for the business.
β’ Lead the creative direction for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
β’ Direct shots needed for photoshoots to fuel your graphic design needs.

Qualifications
β’ 4+ years of design experience in e-commerce, DTC, or lifestyle branding
β’ Strong portfolio showcasing work across ads, social, email, and web
β’ Highly proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic motion/animation tools (Adobe After Effects a plus)
β’ Proven ability to balance brand polish with fast-paced execution
β’ Excellent eye for layout, type, color, and composition
β’ Experience working in a performance-driven marketing environment (testing variations, iterating on top performers)
β’ Bonus: Experience with photo shoots to conduct photoshoots for Cords Club with influencers, models, props, and products.
