Lead Marketing Analyst
Remote (UK-based)
£80,000–£90,000 + bonus + benefits
The Company
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known, global consumer brand going through a period of transformation and growth. With the backing of private equity and a refreshed leadership team, the business has rolled out a long-term strategy focused on strengthening customer experience, expanding community engagement, and driving marketing effectiveness.
The Team
You’ll be part of the central Analytics, Data, Security & Engineering (ADSE) function, reporting directly to the Director of Analytics. This is a newly created role, designed to bring additional seniority and leadership to the marketing analytics space. You’ll also line manage a Senior Analyst, providing mentorship and setting direction.
The Role
As Lead Marketing Analyst, you’ll take full ownership of the marketing analytics agenda. You’ll play a critical role in building out the company’s subscription model, supporting commercial decision-making, and leading on advanced analytics projects such as attribution modelling and LTV analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive all marketing analytics across the business
• Deliver actionable insights to optimise acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Develop and apply advanced models, including LTV and marketing attribution
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and commercial teams to inform strategy
• Line manage and mentor a Senior Analyst, supporting their growth and development
Your Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in marketing analytics within a B2C environment (gaming, ecommerce, adtech, or subscription-based businesses particularly desirable)
• Strong technical ability with SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Experience with Snowflake is advantageous
• Solid understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and customer modelling
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial impact
