Position: Lead NetSuite Developer Contract : C2C/W2 Location : Location: Radnor, PA (Locals Prefered) YOE : 10 Plus must Pay : 65 to 70$ Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on and solution-oriented Lead NetSuite Developer to design, develop, and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteTalk, and RESTlets, acting as the technical lead for customizations, enhancements, and integrations with both internal and external systems. This role requires close collaboration with finance, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities NetSuite Development • Lead end-to-end NetSuite technical development using SuiteScript 2.0, RESTlets, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and Workflows. • Design and implement custom records, Suitelets, scheduled scripts, client/server scripts, and REST APIs. • Maintain and enhance NetSuite integrations with 3rd-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, and custom applications). • Build and manage saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business insights. System Integration & Architecture • Design scalable and maintainable integration architectures using middleware (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, or custom APIs). • Manage data synchronization, import/export routines, and error-handling mechanisms. Project Delivery & Leadership • Partner with business analysts, finance, and operations teams to gather and validate technical requirements. • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and code reviews for developers and cross-functional teams. • Enforce coding standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices. • Support NetSuite release management and testing of new features/patches. Testing & Troubleshooting • Perform root cause analysis for performance, data integrity, and system issues. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. • Monitor system health and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise • 7+ years of experience in NetSuite technical development. • Proficient in: • SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0 (JavaScript) • SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services) • RESTlets, Suitelets, Client/Server Scripts, Scheduled Scripts • SuiteFlow (workflow automation) • Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Financials, Inventory, Fixed Assets. • Experience with: • Saved Searches, Custom Reports, Custom Forms, Role-Based Dashboards • Integration tools (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, or custom APIs) • Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, and Git. Leadership & Business Skills • Ability to lead technical discussions and coach junior developers. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions. • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • NetSuite Certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer). • Experience integrating with eCommerce (Shopify, Magento), CRM (Salesforce), or POS systems. • Exposure to Finance/Accounting principles and collaboration with finance teams. • Experience in ERP implementations or system migration projects. • Title Insurance domain knowledge is a strong plus.
