Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Web Merchandising who will lead the build of a new in-house web merchandising platform that will replace legacy systems and support merchants, creatives, copywriters, and operations teams in managing product assortment, categories, SKUs, images, copy, and cross-sell strategies. This is a ground-up build that will transform digital merchandising workflows across multiple brands. Duties:
β’ Own product requirements, roadmap, and delivery for a new merchandising solution
β’ Partner with UX, engineering, and business teams to define workflows, UI, and integrations
β’ Lead intake, scoping, prioritization, and user story creation in Jira/Confluence
β’ Drive change management, training, and adoption across a large business user base
β’ Track feature effectiveness, KPIs, and continuous improvements
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Sr. Business Analyst roles within retail/eCommerce tech
β’ Experience in web merchandising, large product catalogs, and re-platform initiatives
β’ Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
β’ High technical aptitude - ability to understand workflows, integrations, and partner with engineering
β’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence; DAM experience is a plus
This is a unique opportunity to build an enterprise platform from the ground up and directly impact how digital merchandising is executed at scale.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
