You will work directly with senior leadership and external counsel to ensure our business operations remain compliant as we scale. You will provide legal and compliance support across a broad range of topics from contract management, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, to corporate governance. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company: Contract Managemen • t Excellence:Maintain a well-organized contract tracker with 100% accuracy, ensure proactive renewal tracking 30+ days in advance, and demonstrate reliable coordination across various functions and external counsel without bottlenecks. Expansion-Related IP & Regul • atory Filings:Maintain an accurate, up-to-date register of trademarks and application statuses across jurisdictions, conduct timely name clearance checks during product development, and coordinate regulatory filing documentation (NPNs, EU dossiers) with cross-functional teams to meet market en try timelines. Marketing Claims & Priv • acy Compliance:Drive adoption of approved product claims and disclaimers aligned with FTC/FDA guidance within the creative and marketing team, and flag risky marketing language before escalation to reduce risk of claims-related complaints or litigation. Ensure privacy compliance in respective jurisdictions through regular updates to privacy policy and content management platform implementation with the Tech team. External Couns • el Coordination:Deliver complete, timely documentation to external legal counsel with clear internal context, maintain central tracking of all legal matters with statuses and deadlines, and act as an effective bridge between internal teams and legal vendors to reduce costs and acceler ate resolution • s. What You BringLegal Education & Experience: Paralegal certificate from an accredited program or Bachelor's degree with existing paralegal coursework, plus 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property with demonstrated experience in e-commerce or consumer • products industryContract & IP Management Expertise: Proven experience managing contract databases, conducting trademark searches, and coordinating IP filings with strong understanding of standard commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, distribution agreements) and ability to review redlines using • clause librariesRegulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of FDA/FTC compliance requirements for consumer products, experience with product registration processes (NPNs, EU dossiers), and familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) including data process • ing documentationCross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to coordinate with external counsel, manage multiple legal matters simultaneously, and work effectively with BD, Marketing, Product, and QA teams in a fast- • paced environmentDetail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain audit-ready files, track deadlines across multiple projects, and ensure compliance with naming conventions and access controls while demonstrating initiative in identifying pro • cess improvementsIndustry-Specific Experience: Previous experience in DTC e-commerce, supplement/wellness industry, or consumer product companies preferred with understanding of digital marketing compliance, platform-specific regulations, and international expansion l • egal requirementsMulti-Jurisdictional Awareness: Experience with multi-entity corporate governance (US/Singapore preferred) and understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements for product launches and bu siness operations
