Role description
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our email, SMS, and e-commerce growth initiatives. You'll play a key role in crafting personalized campaigns, optimizing the onsite experience, and supporting sales across all channels β€” from Shopify to TikTok Shop. Responsibilities: β€’ Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo), lead strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance reporting. β€’ Build and optimize flows, A/B test copy, creative, CTAs, and timing to drive engagement and conversion. β€’ Collaborate on bilingual (EN/ES) copy, brand voice, and compliance. β€’ Track deliverability, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rates, and list health. β€’ E-Commerce & Merchandising (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop), manage site promotions, product bundles, PDP updates, and merchandising calendar. β€’ Optimize product listings for cross-sell, upsell, and AOV growth. β€’ Execute clearance events, gift-with-purchase, and subscription incentives. β€’ Onsite Optimization & CRO, own banners, pop-ups, landing pages, and checkout UX. β€’ Improve site navigation, search, and mobile experience. β€’ Work with UX/dev to enhance speed, usability, and funnel performance. β€’ Align lifecycle + e-comm with brand campaigns and retail moments. β€’ Track KPIs: CAC payback, email/SMS revenue share, repeat purchase rate. β€’ Present insights and recommendations regularly. β€’ Support team on additional initiatives, e.g. optimizing TikTok Live sessions and product promotions. Requirements: β€’ 8+ years in Digital Marketing, with at least 5 years in Lifecycle/Retention. β€’ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. β€’ Bilingual (Spanish/English) – must be fluent in both. β€’ Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and performance-driven CRM strategies.
