TOOLS WE USE: • GoHighLevel (CRM + marketing automation) • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) • Slack (team communication) • Asana (project management) • OnceHub (calendar/scheduling) • Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) • Email/SMS automation platforms (GHL native, plus Klaviyo/HubSpot familiarity a plus) RESPONSIBILITIES: Email & Copywriting Excellence • Write, edit, and execute email campaigns that captivate, convert, and nurture students across every stage of their journey. • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging throughout the client lifecycle — from first touch, to purchase, to retention, and beyond. • Craft upsell sequences, landing pages, and funnels that maximize impact and deliver measurable revenue growth. Customer Journey & Lifecycle Optimization • Map and refine flows that guide prospects and students seamlessly through their health journey with THI. • Design nurture and upsell sequences that deepen engagement, build trust, and increase lifetime value. • Ensure every message supports the mission of transformation while driving business growth. Testing, Innovation & Data-Driven Insights • Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, offers, and flows to continually improve performance. • Use data to uncover opportunities, spot trends, and make informed decisions on campaign strategy. • Translate results into actionable insights, ensuring optimizations are always tied to student success and retention. Systems & Tools Mastery • Navigate CRMs and CMSs like GoHighLevel and Shopify with confidence, building and optimizing campaigns directly within these platforms. • Maintain clean, organized, and segmented email lists that support personalization and high deliverability. • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and program leaders to ensure campaigns are seamlessly executed across channels. Brand Stewardship & Value Creation • Be the guardian of THI’s brand voice in all digital communication, ensuring every word reflects our mission. • Bring a strategic eye to every campaign — balancing compelling storytelling with measurable business outcomes. • Consistently focus on increasing lifetime value (LTV) by nurturing deeper relationships with our students and community. SCORECARD METRICS / KPIs • Lead-to-student conversion rates — because every new student represents another life beginning its transformation. • Student engagement & retention rates (30/60/90-day benchmarks) — proof that our systems keep students supported and committed to change. • Email/SMS campaign open & click-through rates — a measure of whether our words are resonating and inspiring action. • Funnel performance (opt-in, show-up, purchase) — ensuring every step of the journey is smooth, intuitive, and impactful. • Re-engagement of inactive students/prospects — reigniting sparks of motivation when people need it most. • Contribution of lifecycle marketing to overall revenue growth — fuel for scaling our mission to reach more households and communities. Within your first 90 days, success means you’ve audited our current lifecycle touchpoints, identified gaps, and launched at least one new nurture campaign that measurably improves engagement or conversions. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager role is $75,000 annually, with W2 employment.
