A fast-growing health and wellness brand focused on serving Hispanic consumers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead retention and e-commerce initiatives. Founded in 2020, the company blends traditional remedies with modern nutritional science, offering a range of supplements and wellness products through direct-to-consumer channels and major retail partnerships.
The Role
This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of email/SMS strategy, site optimization, and customer retention. Youβll lead lifecycle campaigns, optimize the onsite experience, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and deepen customer relationships.
What Youβll Do
βοΈ Email & SMS
β’ Own strategy, segmentation, and performance reporting using Klaviyo
β’ Build automated flows (welcome, replenish, cross-sell, win-back, VIP)
β’ A/B test subject lines, creative, and send times
β’ Ensure bilingual messaging (Spanish/English) and compliance
β’ Monitor list health, deliverability, and conversion metrics
ποΈ E-Commerce Merchandising
β’ Manage promotions, bundles, and product pages on Shopify
β’ Coordinate with Amazon and TikTok Shop teams
β’ Drive AOV and repeat purchases through smart merchandising
π§ͺ On-Site Optimization
β’ Lead CRO efforts: banners, pop-ups, landing pages, checkout flows
β’ Improve mobile UX, site speed, and navigation
β’ Analyze funnel performance and partner with dev/UX teams
π Growth & Collaboration
β’ Align lifecycle efforts with brand campaigns and retail launches
β’ Report on CAC payback, repeat purchase rates, and channel revenue
β’ Support TikTok Live sessions and product promotions
β’ Stay ahead of lifecycle and social commerce trends
What You Bring
β’ 8+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ in lifecycle management
β’ Bachelorβs degree (MBA a plus)
β’ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
β’ Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and CRM segmentation
β’ Background in CPG/supplements, food, or beauty preferred
