Looking for Late Shift ( Start after 6pm) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Streamer. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling trading card game products during live streams on various platforms. As an ambassador for our brand, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand image, engaging with the audience and creating an enjoyable experience for viewers. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-35 hours per week. Hours are flexible based on performance and experience. Job Pay: $23 - $28 per hour DOE. 3-months contract with option to extend or transition to a FTE Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k Responsibilities Live Streaming and Sales: • Conduct engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on the e-commerce platform, showcasing trading card game products and encouraging sales. • Promote product features, availability, and pricing, and answer questions from viewers during live streams. Brand Ambassadorship: • Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring alignment with our brand image and values. • Maintain a positive and engaging presence during live streams, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for viewers. • Consistently promote our brand's unique selling points and messaging. Order Packing and Fulfillment: • Pack orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring products are properly secured and meet our professional standards. • Conduct quality checks to verify that the correct products and quantities are packed, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly. • Follow packaging guidelines and ensure all necessary packing materials are readily available. • Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of packed orders. Product Knowledge and Market Awareness: • Stay informed about the latest trading card game releases, trends, and gameplay strategies to provide valuable insights to viewers and enhance content quality. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product inventory, including card sets, rarities, and pricing. Audience Engagement: • Interact with viewers during live streams, responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Encourage viewer participation, seek feedback, and implement suggestions to improve the streaming experience. • Create personable buyer and seller relations that help the community and audience grow. Compliance: • Adhere to all relevant streaming platform guidelines, copyright laws, and company policies while streaming, promoting products, and packing orders. Requirements • Previous experience as a streamer, preferably on TikTok Shop or other live streaming platforms. • Trading Card Game Knowledge: Strong familiarity with trading card games, including popular titles, mechanics, and current trends. • Previous Retail & Streaming experience: Familiarity with working in a game store (or similar retail) and streaming (non-tcg related acceptable) • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and interact with viewers in a lively and engaging manner, ensuring a positive streaming experience. • Brand Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of our brand values, image, and target audience to represent the brand effectively. • Sales Skills: Comfortable promoting products, discussing features, and using persuasive techniques to drive sales. • Packing and Attention to Detail: Experience in packing and fulfilling orders, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism. • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using live streaming equipment, software, and platforms, including knowledge of streaming tools and analytics.  OBS use, execution and software issues is a plus. • Reliability and Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to meet streaming schedules, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure efficient order packing and fulfillment. • Positive Attitude: Enthusiasm for the role, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle constructive feedback positively. Not Required but Great to Know • Prior streaming experience, specifically within the TCG industry and with Tiktok Shop and Fanatics.
