We are Unsociable. Position Overview: We are building a high-performing livestream team to deliver TikTok Shop campaigns for leading beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This role sits within the Live Strategy team, working hand-in-hand with Production, Visual, and Host teams. Unlike back-office roles, this is an on-site, live-facing position, directly driving results in real time. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Strategic Planning β€’ Assist in shaping livestream strategy, including product flow, promotional offers, incentive structure, and engagement mechanics β€” always with a focus on maximising conversion and commercial performance. β€’ β€’ Run of Show & Host Alignment β€’ Prepare and brief hosts ahead of each session, align promotions and product talking points, and actively guide hosts in real time. Ensure the pacing, product order, and messaging stay on track to deliver peak performance. β€’ β€’ Conversion-Focused Messaging β€’ Identify phrasing and hooks that increase urgency, retention, and checkout. Provide real-time prompts to hosts on how to communicate offers (e.g., flash sales, vouchers, giveaways) to drive audience action. β€’ β€’ On-Screen & Visual Coordination β€’ Collaborate with Production and Visual teams to align stickers, graphics, and product displays with what’s being promoted. Ensure the livestream screen is visually clear, compelling, and that incentives are communicated effectively. β€’ β€’ Live Monitoring & Adjustments β€’ Track product performance, voucher uptake, and engagement during the live. Respond quickly with adjustments β€” e.g., reordering the basket, shifting product focus, or altering host messaging to maximise results. β€’ β€’ Post-Live Reporting β€’ Summarise key wins, challenges, and data insights after each session. Provide actionable recommendations to refine future livestream strategies.
