Ecomswap is a boutique M&A firm specializing in ecommerce and digital acquisitions. We help founders of high-performing DTC and Amazon brands exit their businesses by connecting them with strategic and financial buyers across the globe.
We're now looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial M&A Advisor based in the U.S. (preferably EST time zone) to join our team. If youβve got deal-making instincts, a strong grasp of ecommerce, and the hunger to grow into a high-performing advisor β this might be the opportunity that changes your career trajectory.
π― What Youβll Be Doing (First 30β60 Days)
β’ Execute cold outreach to strategic buyers via LinkedIn, email, and curated lists
β’ Draft CIMs, deal teasers, and simple financial models (P&L, valuation multiples)
β’ Handle buyer comms: screening, Q&A, and deal calls
β’ Build your personal buyer network across DTC, aggregators, and private equity
β’ Manage the full M&A deal lifecycle (from intro to LOI to close) once trained
β’ Take ownership of 1 deal first, then scale into more responsibility with support from our teams
π§βπ» Who You Are
β’ 3+ years experience in small-cap M&A, B2B sales, growth-stage startups, or a founder with an exit
β’ Fluent in English and confident on buyer calls
β’ Extremely proactive, strategic thinker, and hungry to succeed
β’ Strong interest in ecommerce, DTC, and digital business models
β’ Coachable, low ego, organized, and thrives under pressure
β’ Able to speak in multiples, LTVs, churn, earnouts, and risk
β’ Ready to give 150% to become a world-class dealmaker
β’ Bonus: IBBA certification or previous M&A sourcing experience
β’ Bonus: Worked on M&A DTC deals before or in an aggregator
