You’ll drive GMV growth by acquiring and enabling top-tier sellers, managing a strategic pipeline, and delivering a seamless go-to-market experience. You’ll also champion the adoption of Walmart’s marketplace solutions—like fulfillment, advertising, and localization tools—to maximize seller success. You’ll work cross-functionally with Account Management, WFS, WMC, and Channel Partners, and collaborate with in-market leads to ensure sellers are set up for long-term success in Mexico’s dynamic & rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape. You’ll make an impact by: • You are a self-starter that only needs to be pointed in a direction – researching, developing, and building a vision excites you. • Own and execute a category level Seller acquisition strategy, enabling Sellers to successfully launch and scale in Mexico. • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic Seller prospects, using data-driven insights, market intelligence, and partner networks to prioritize outreach. • Lead & own full Seller journey—from pitching and onboarding to go-to-market planning—ensuring a seamless, scalable, and high-impact experience. • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Channel Partners to align on Seller needs, regional nuances, and growth levers. • Deliver compelling, tailored value propositions and upsell marketplace solutions (e.g., logistics, advertising, localization) to maximize seller performance and product adoption. • Act as a trusted advisor to sellers, helping them navigate cross-border complexities and unlock new customer segments in Mexico’s eCommerce landscape. • Delivers Weekly Business Review (WBR), & sales proposals to effectively communicate market strategy, voice of Seller, and attract customers/sellers. Reviews proposals and presentations for ethical, technical, and legal accuracy. Assesses customer/seller feedback and prepares responses. • Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations. • Champion and evangelize our platform, and its evolving capabilities, to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Attend trade shows and external events to generate new partner opportunities. • Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, site operations, partner support, etc.) to continuously improve the platform and experience. • Explore and innovate! Develop and test new partnerships or services that create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in business related field and 2 years’ experience eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Sales, Omni-Channel Merchandising or Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. • Bachelor’s degree in a business related filed and 4 years’ experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Sales, Omni-Channel Merchandising or Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. • Deep experience leading and completing cross-functional projects, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and bootstrapping when and where needed. • Curiosity and willingness to work across international time zones and collaborate comfortably with different cultures and best practices. • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency. • Able to travel internationally or domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites requiring consecutive overnight stays. • Effectively presents information to small or large groups and individuals. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics (pivot tables, v-lookup, Macros, etc…) • Proficiency or willingness to learn & operate w.
