Role description
We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Manager of CRM Strategy to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven leader who can translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive customer loyalty, engagement, and revenue. As the Manager of CRM Strategy, you will be the bridge between our customer data and our business goals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, with a heavy emphasis on using data to inform strategic approach and decision making. You'll work cross-functionally across the business with key stakeholders in marketing, e-comm, loyalty, technology, and analytics teams to identify customer opportunities, design customer strategies, and optimize our customer journey. You'll report to the Director of CRM and be a key player in shaping how we connect with our customers and build lasting relationships. A day in the life as a Manager, CRM Strategy.... β€’ Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Design and implement a data-driven CRM strategy that aligns with business objectives. This includes defining key customer segments, identifying opportunities for personalization, and building out a multi-channel communication plan. β€’ Lead with Analytics: Use data to drive all CRM decisions. You'll be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and customer lifetime value. You'll use these insights to optimize existing programs and identify new growth opportunities. β€’ Manage Campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, from audience segmentation and A/B testing to performance tracking and reporting. β€’ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our CRM technology and data infrastructure meet our needs. Partner with marketing and sales to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. β€’ Be a Customer Expert: Develop a deep understanding of our customersβ€”who they are, what they value, and how they interact with our brands. β€’ Report on Performance: Create and present regular reports on CRM performance, highlighting key insights, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership.
