Role description
Responsibilities
• Lead all digital content channels (email, social, paid, events, collaborations) by managing a team of a graphic designer, site merchandiser, and social manager to create calendar of upcoming launches and promotions.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for clients. Build influencer outreach lists that align with clients' goals and communicate with influencers and content creators for deliverables for clients.
• Identify KPls and track performance metrics for online business activities. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and decisions
• Plan quarterly photoshoot with in house photographer. Styling is a plus.
• Liason with third party marketing firms to deliver ads to maximize ROI
• Partner with relevant teams across the organization including planning team to optimize sales.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience including e-commerce digital marketing, including project management
• Able to wear multiple hats and function well on a small, nimble, proactive team
• Experience with Google Analytics, Clayvio, and Shopify for targeting and segmentation.
• knowledge of all digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
