Job Title: Manager, Global Digital Accounts
A little bit about our team:
Our team provides day to day support for many of our top strategic UGC partners and liaises with territories and labels around the world. This position will play a key role in shaping the processes, policies and overall success of the team. In addition to the support role our team manages UGC claiming for monetization and this role will be a key figure in maximizing that business.
Your role:
This role is central to managing the back-end of our core UGC platforms, fostering relationships with key digital partners like YouTube, Soundcloud, Meta, and TikTok, while also providing essential support to labels and territories. You will support partnerships with third-party claiming services, manage day-to-day operations, and shape team processes to maximize user-generated content monetization.
Here you’ll get to:
• You will be a point of contact of support and escalation for our global labels and distribution partners.
• You will be a point of contact for digital platforms – YouTube, Soundcloud, Meta, & TikTok.
• You will support the relationship with third party claiming partners.
• You will respond and escalate where needed on the day to day of team’s internal helpdesk inboxes
• You will maintain and improve team website, forms, and tracking processes
• You will support the team leader on all dedicated support and revenue optimization key initiatives as needed
About you:
• You have spent 3-5 years in a digital or account management role
• You have a strong background in streaming and social media platforms
• You have great communication skills
• You have the desire to solve problems, sometimes on strict timelines
• You are passionate about audio and video consumption and how that consumption is monetized
• You think analytically, making decisions based on logic, experience and reason
We’d love it if you also had:
• You have a YouTube Music Rights certification
• Experience with Meta’s Rights Manager, Soundcloud Deck, and/or Bytedance’s MediaMatch
• Spanish language
