Role description
We’re seeking a Manager of Live Shopping to lead and grow our live shopping strategy across platforms like Instagram Live, eBay Live, and others. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role that blends content, commerce, and community. You’ll manage key platform partnerships, lead internal and external talent, and own the execution and monetization of live selling events that bring WGACA’s world-class inventory to life. Responsibilities β€’ Execute the live selling strategy across all major platforms (Instagram Live, eBay Live, etc.) β€’ Manage the live selling calendar in alignment with inventory drops, seasonal campaigns, and platform opportunities β€’ Track KPIs to drive growth, conversion, and profitability β€’ Partner with buying, planning, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and fulfillment β€’ Oversee live show operations including scheduling, logistics, technical setup, and staffing β€’ Lead a team of internal sellers and creators; recruit and manage hosts that embody the WGACA brand β€’ Cultivate platform relationships to maximize exposure, feature opportunities, and revenue-sharing models β€’ Identify influencer and creator partnerships that can extend reach and drive sales β€’ Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop best-in-class live show formats, promotional assets, and post-event content β€’ Leverage data to inform show optimization and audience engagement strategies Qualifications β€’ 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, or digital sales; live selling or marketplace experience strongly preferred β€’ Expertise with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and eBay β€’ Proven track record of building revenue-generating programs and scaling content-to-commerce models β€’ Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external talent β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities β€’ Deep understanding of luxury fashion, resale, or consumer behavior a plus β€’ Data-driven mindset with creative instincts
