What you’ll do:
The Manager - Network planning & Process Excellence will be a key enabler of operational excellence at Styli. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled processes across the supply chain—including First Mile (vendor to FC), Fulfilment Centres (FC) and Last Mile delivery. The role requires high process orientation, analytical capability, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Tech, and Operations.
1. Process Design & Standardization
• Design detailed SOPs for all major supply chain functions:
• Vendor onboarding & first-mile pickups
• Inbound & outbound FC operations
• Last-mile delivery and returns management
• Create workflows and business rules that optimize speed, cost, and accuracy.
• Benchmark best practices across the industry and implement continuous improvements.
1. Project Leadership
• Own and drive new operations initiatives (e.g., automation rollout, packaging optimization, order routing logic).
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of operational projects:
• Problem identification → BRD creation → Solution design → Pilot → Full rollout
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with clear business logic, flow diagrams, and edge-case handling.
1. Tech & Product Collaboration
• Translate business process requirements into detailed BRDs for Product & Tech teams.
• Work closely with developers and PMs through agile cycles to ensure correct implementation.
• Support UAT and post-release validation.
1. Implementation & Training
• Partner with FCs, vendor managers, and last-mile leads to roll out new processes.
• Conduct SOP trainings, prepare process handbooks, and drive change management.
• Build a strong audit & governance mechanism to ensure process adherence.
1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Set up dashboards and KPIs to track performance of newly implemented processes.
• Identify process gaps and run structured RCA and improvement loops.
What you’ll need?
• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain / ecommerce operations/process excellence
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics: FC, First Mile, Last Mile
• Experience creating SOPs and BRDs for operational processes
• Project management skills—planning, execution, cross-functional alignment
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent in MS power point and excel
• Exposure to warehouse automation, last-mile tech platforms, or TMS/WMS implementations
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Experience working with cross-border operations or in GCC markets
