Position Overview The Global Trade team is a critical engine of the Digital Retail team, sat within Canada Goose’s central business. Our mission is to steer ecommerce growth, through a strong understanding of ecommerce performance and the enablers to influence KPIs. We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Trading Manager to oversee the North America region. Reporting to the Global Trading Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to shape ecommerce development in our home market! What You'll Do β€’ Performance-track the regional e-commerce business against LY, Budget and competitive benchmarks. β€’ Oversee trade planning (rolling forecast) to assess opportunity, manage risk and drive accountability. β€’ Lead high-stake weekly business calls, driving cross-functional engagement and ensuring plans translate to tangible business results. β€’ Perform commercial analysis to identify and unlock KPI growth. Leverage insight to engage with relevant stakeholders and influence outcomes. Stakeholders include, but not limited to: β€’ Digital marketing – influence investment tactics and consumer journey β€’ Merchandising and planning – influence assortment build, merchandising tactics and in-season stock management β€’ Content & campaign – influence commercial campaign development and launches β€’ Digital product – influence site developments and consumer journey optimizations β€’ Oversee all ecommerce forecasting during budget and LE cycles, in partnership with Finance and relevant stakeholders. β€’ Develop and maintain expertise around what’s happening in the regional marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring alignment between regional and central teams and safeguarding regional interests.
