Position Overview MegaFood is seeking a strategic and creative Partnerships, Experiential & Shopper Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that bring our brand to life across key consumer touchpoints. This role is responsible for driving brand relevance and trial through 360-degree marketing programs that span brand partnerships, experiential activations, and omnichannel shopper campaigns—across retail, DTC, and emerging channels. This person thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, with the ability to connect brand storytelling to consumer behavior and purchase intent in compelling, measurable ways. Partnership Marketing ESSENTIAL FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and negotiate strategic brand partnerships (within and outside of wellness) to enhance awareness, relevance, and trial of MegaFood products • Build co-marketing, collaboration or licensing programs with aligned brands, influencers, and nonprofits that support our values of whole food nutrition, sustainability, and community • Manage end-to-end partnership execution including ideation, contract negotiation, activation plans, and performance tracking Experiential Marketing • Lead planning and execution of brand-led experiences (pop-ups, wellness events, mobile activations, trade shows, etc.) that deepen consumer engagement in partnership with PR and media agency for support • Partner with PR, social, and creative teams to maximize content creation and amplification of events • Develop annual experiential calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and retail support Shopper Marketing • Design integrated shopper campaigns and material toolkits (displays, shelf talkers, etc.) across national and regional retailers (Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc.) to drive in-store and online conversion • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and eCommerce teams to develop shopper strategies that reflect customer insights, seasonal trends, and promotional windows • Manage creative development and execution of in-store signage, digital banners, programs, and performance tracking Knowledge, Skills & Experience • 5–7 years of experience in brand, shopper, experiential or partnership marketing—CPG, VMS or wellness category preferred • Proven track record of executing partnership and experiential programs that deliver ROI and strengthen brand equity • Deep understanding of the omnichannel path to purchase, including retail dynamics • Experience managing creative development, agency partners, and external vendors • Strong project management and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with speed and clarity • Passion for health, wellness, and purpose-driven brands is a must We look to hire team members who will make an impact. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $112,000 - $190,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
