Role: Manager - Performance Marketing Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: Lead - Digital Marketing Introduction: Styli is Landmark Group’s online-only fashion and lifestyle platform, built for the trendsetters of today. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid media efforts in GCC, driving growth and efficiency across channels. Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven campaigns that drive exceptional ROI both on a direct basis, as well as longer term brand metrics. β€’ Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across, but not limited to – Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat. β€’ Manage end-to-end campaign setup – including audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation across channels & campaigns. β€’ Develop full-funnel strategies (prospecting, remarketing, retention) to drive customer acquisition, app installs, repeat purchases, and revenue growth. β€’ Analyze & report campaign performance, track KPIs (ROAS, CPO, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR), and recommend data-driven optimizations & provide periodic campaign performance, forecasts, and trend data analysis. β€’ Perform daily, monthly and quarterly budget planning and forecasting, ensuring efficient spend distribution across channels & campaign types. β€’ Experience with tools such as Adjust, Branch, Braze, Google Analytics, Power BI. β€’ Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and scale efficiencies. β€’ Support on planning & execution of digital branding initiatives, across channels & have a full understanding of the digital branding metrics. β€’ Work closely with internal teams (Creative, CRM, Analytics, Product) & external agency to align campaigns with brand and business goals. β€’ Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging channels to identify new growth opportunities. β€’ Support seasonal and promotional campaign planning (Ramadan, Singles Day, White/Black November, etc.), ensuring strategies are tailored for the market. Qualification & Experience: β€’ 5 – 8 years of experience in performance marketing ideally within retail / ecommerce in the GCC market. β€’ Excellent analytical skills with experience using GA4, Data Studio, or other BI tools. β€’ Strong understanding of app marketing (UA & re-engagement), attribution, and MMP platforms (Adjust, Appsflyer etc.). β€’ Knowledge of A/B testing, audience strategies, and dynamic product ads/feeds. β€’ Proven track record of managing multi-million AED budgets across multiple channels. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on ROI and results. β€’ Excellent communication skills & positive attitude.
