(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) Position Summary A strategic and execution-focused Manager is required to serve as a critical partner to the Senior Manager of Regional Studio Operations for North America (NA) and the European Union (EU). This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence across regions, overseeing the end-to-end coordination of studio deliverables, and driving process optimization to support global go-to-market success. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel expertise, demonstrates exceptional analytical and organizational skills, and has a proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. This is a high-impact role suited for an individual who brings structure, clarity, and precision to a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job Regional Management – North America & EU • Act as the primary point of contact for all studio-related inquiries from NA and EU regions. • Support the Senior Manager in managing regional requests, prioritizations, and escalations with poise and accuracy. • Liaise with marketing, e-commerce, and regional stakeholders to understand deliverables and align on seasonal content needs and timelines. • Ensure that regional studio operations support go-to-market initiatives and maintain alignment with seasonal marketing strategies. Ticketing & Late Add Management • Own the ServiceNow ticketing system for studio requests, ensuring timely triage and resolution of all regional submissions. • Understand post-production and requirements • Manage and refine the Late Add Template, ensuring accuracy in product intake and readiness for photography. • Serve as the conduit between studio production and regional teams for last-minute content requests. OHNL (On Hand Not Live) Leadership • Champion the OHNL initiative by identifying and resolving content gaps for SKUs that are available but not live online. • Work closely with merchandising, e-comm, and post-production to incorporate missing products into upcoming shoots or reshoots. VPI (Visual Product Initiative) Ownership & Seasonal Planning • Lead VPI coordination for upcoming seasonal cycles (e.g., Fall ’25), ensuring samples, photography, and validation are executed efficiently. Experience Qualifications & Experience • 8+ years of experience in studio operations, marketing operations, or similar cross-functional roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data manipulation and reporting capabilities. • Highly skilled in presenting complex data in clear, digestible formats for multiple audiences. • Experience with Creative Force or similar DAM/workflow tools strongly preferred. • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while supporting broader team and organizational goals. Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge/Skills Required : Exceptional excel skills Pay Range:$84,200---$113,700 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
