Job Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead global development teams (employees and consultants) to build e-commerce capabilities using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce
β’ Integrate modern website and commerce solutions to support direct-to-consumer sales and provide mobile integration points
β’ Mentor and develop team members, advancing both technical skills and career growth
β’ Coordinate with consultant teams and represent development teams in technical project meetings
β’ Manage tight deadlines and complex deliverables while escalating issues with clear root-cause analysis and solutions
β’ Ensure website and commerce platforms meet business needs and provide visibility into operations
Skills, Experience And Requirements
Education and Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in a Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Technology
β’ 2-4 years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent
β’ Experience in eCommerce optimization and analytics
β’ Experience in managing complex system requirements
β’ Experience with vendor management
