THE TEAM The Supply Chain Analytics team is responsible for the strategy and implementation of all data & analytics initiatives across Supply Chain. That ranges from managing the portfolio of reporting of our KPIs, to developing tools for our functional teams, to executing on key projects to support automation in each area. Who We’re Sniffing For As a Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with teams throughout the company to validate business impacting analytical tools. KEY DUTIES β€’ Leverage data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and influence product roadmaps. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and compelling data visualizations to derive product related insights β€’ Combine data, experimentation & analysis driven insights and deliver actionable recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements β€’ Interface with product & business stakeholders across multiple geographies to proactively identify opportunities, develop business acumen, cultivate stakeholder relationships & develop best in class data analytics solutions β€’ Successfully work with a cross functional group consisting of Product, Engineering, Program managers and data science to drive data based decisions. β€’ Mentor and coach team members in achieving best-in-class analytics outcomes and handle multiple products and initiatives. Experience β€’ 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or consumer-focused companies β€’ Supply Chain (Logistics, Sourcing, or Warehousing) functional experience β€’ Experienced leading analysts in developing data analytics solutions β€’ Bias towards action and enjoy finding patterns amidst chaos β€’ Hands-on experience delivering analytics solutions that drive business impact. β€’ Strong hands-on experience in multi million records of data using SQL based querying languages (MS SQL, Redshift, HIVE, BigQuery). β€’ Strong experience with modern data tools, including proficiency in DBT and Looker β€’ Solid experience in building and delivering analytics products solutions in e-commerce and retail domains. Skills & Qualifications β€’ Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus 3+ years of experience in data analytics β€’ 5+ years of experience with professional data analysis work experience β€’ 2+ years of experience with data governance β€’ Experience leading and developing with open source data technologies This position is a full-time, salaried position. It is located on-site at our office in New York, Ohio, or full time Remote. PAY TRANSPARENCY β€’ The base salary range for this position is $120K-140K β€’ This position is eligible for equity β€’ This compensation range is based on BARKs good faith estimate as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay for this position will depend on a variety of variables including location, travel, internal equity, experience, education, skills and expertise.
