About The Role The Manager, Interactive Content - eCommerce will report to the Director of eCommerce - Interactive Content within the Item Experience & Content Team. This role is the operational heartbeat of our interactive content programs; you'll manage a mix of strategic and operational projects working cross-functionally across multiple departments throughout Walmart (e.g. leadership, product, design, engineering) and with external content partners to drive forward category-defining initiatives. You’ll sweep us off our feet if: • You are detail-obsessed and thrive in execution-focused roles • You’re a skilled communicator and relationship manager — internally and externally • You’re calm under pressure and clear in ambiguity • You’re highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously • You take initiative, solve problems, and escalate with solutions • You have a growth mindset and take pride in driving clarity, alignment, and momentum • YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE FUTURE OF ONLINE RETAIL You’ll make an impact by: Partner Management • Own day-to-day communication with high profile external partners & suppliers to ensure alignment on weekly production, sample flow and approvals • Monitor and report against contractual SLAs, escalating risks and driving mitigation plans • Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Ops, Legal, Engineering, Merchandising) to resolve issues quickly and ensure teams remain aligned Program Operations & Reporting • Support the development and rollout of new tools, workflows and SOPs • Operationalize and oversee the creation of custom tooling to maximize efficiencies • Monitor operational performance metrics and web analytics to analyze and report out on item page content quality, insights, and opportunities - weekly, monthly and quarterly. Execution Support • Support your Director in managing OKRs across multiple interactive content programs • Solicit, evaluate and apply suggestions for improving overall item page and content experience. • Create documentation and dashboards to increase visibility across SLT Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or related field, and 3+ years in eCommerce operations, program management, partnerships, or related area • Exceptional project management, communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong attention to detail with experience building reporting tools and dashboards • Confident in managing external partners with strong professional communication skills • Proficient in excel & data analytics • Ability to work onsite in Bentonville Home Office 5 days per week The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. An eCommerce Business Manager on the Item Experience team will be responsible for merchandise presentation online. This position will be focused on content and rich media elements of the product detail page. This role will work with many internal and external partners like merchant teams, suppliers, and content service providers to ensure a rich, engaging shopping experience on our item page. This role will study performance analytics, market trends, competitor experiences, and customer insights to explore ways we can improve or add to our item page (product details page) content and experience.
