We are seeking a motivated and dependable Market Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis to assist in maintaining the integrity of our online marketplace for filters. This role plays a critical part in identifying and addressing counterfeit or non-genuine product listings, supporting legal documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of communication across functional teams. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis • Monitor major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) for suspected counterfeit or non-genuine product listings. • Order suspect products and track shipment and delivery status. • Organize and label product samples obtained through investigations. • Coordinate with internal teams to review suspect listings and products. • Support documentation efforts using legal templates and forms for confirmed counterfeit or non-genuine items. • Maintain and update an Excel tracker to reflect the status of product reviews. • Communicate progress updates to key stakeholders, including the NAA customers, SLT, Commercial team and Legal team. OEM Market Insights, Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Stay informed about consumer trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements in water filtration. • Develop strategies to translate OEM needs and issues into research topics and analysis, helping OEM partners to protect IP and limit counterfeit activities. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive projects with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable strategies. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent planning and prioritization abilities. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion. • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Prior experience in administrative or support roles. • Familiarity with navigating and using e-commerce platforms such as Walmart.com and Amazon.com.
