Job Responsibilities Technology & Innovation Identify, vet, and apply technology solutions across channel services, with a primary lens toward operationalizing AI for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness Champion agility and experimentation in technology adoption and digital strategy, and roll out processes and best practices to ensure continuous innovation Educate the organization on emerging trends within marketing Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, including relevant, trending, and hot topics, and share with the broader organization Market Intelligence & Research Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, identifying competitor messaging, marketing strategies, strengths, and weaknesses Conduct market research using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Moz Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and secondary market research Measure, interpret, and report research results including actionable recommendations based upon analysis Develop research-backed personas and buyer journeys Digital Strategy & Execution Knowledge of different attribution models and how to apply them to measure campaign effectiveness across various touchpoints Creation of annual and quarterly digital marketing strategy and plans incorporating web, SEO/SEM, ABM, paid search, and social through collaboration with client services Develop SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies; implement and manage as needed Develop paid and organic social media strategy; implement and manage as needed Develop search engine marketing/paid search strategy; implement and manage as needed Develop programmatic and display strategy; implement and manage as needed Develop email strategy; implement and manage as needed Develop key performance indicators aligned with business objectives for annual marketing plans, campaigns, and other client work Requirements Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a similar area of study 5-7 yearsโ€™ experience in service-based, B2B marketing Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality, and results focused environment Ability to juggle multiple accounts, projects, and relationships at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail and strategic foresight Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex strategies and results Client-facing role, supporting and communicating across stakeholders including global C-suite through marketing managers The ability to influence and lead without direct authority, fostering collaboration across various internal teams to achieve client goals Desired Qualifications AI integration & prompt engineering GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads experience Knowledge of SEO and related best practices HubSpot expertise for marketing Prior agency or health science industry experience is a plus Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Gym membership Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid parental leave Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Unlimited paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
