We are scaling quickly and need a sharp, data-driven Marketing Analyst who thrives at the intersection of ads, analytics, subscriptions, and commerce innovation.
Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon) and driving growth across e-commerce, subscriptions, and social commerce platforms. You will own the launch and optimization of our app (Tapcart/Recart/AI-powered), ensure segmentation + hyper-targeting, manage subscriptions (Recharge), and oversee Meta Shop and TikTok Shop operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be the growth engine of a fast-scaling consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Amazon Ads (PPC/DSP, Helium10).
• Manage and optimize Meta Shop and TikTok Shop catalogs, feeds, offers, and campaigns.
• Drive Shopify conversion optimization (funnels, upsells, offers, A/B testing).
• Launch and manage mobile app (Tapcart, Recart, or AI-powered).
• Set up and maintain segmentation + hyper-targeting for email, SMS, and push campaigns.
• Oversee subscription platform (Recharge), including churn reduction, upsells, and win-back campaigns.
• Build reporting dashboards covering CAC, ROAS, LTV, churn, and cohort performance.
• Provide insights to CEO and marketing team for offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in performance marketing, e-commerce growth, or analytics.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Meta Ads + TikTok Ads + Google Ads.
• Experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Helium10).
• Experience managing Meta Shop + TikTok Shop catalogs and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem (CRO, Recharge, Tapcart/Recart).
• Proficient in Google Analytics + Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, cohort analysis).
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Nice to Have
• ESP experience (Omnisend, Klaviyo, or similar).
• SQL or BI tool knowledge (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Experience in consumer goods, wellness, or supplements.
