Our ecommerce team drives growth across our branded portfolio and private label partnerships, including Healthy Living, Amazon Basic Care, Walmart Equate, and 365 by Whole Foods Market. Job Overview The marketing analyst will provide analytical and administrative support for ongoing marketing and business development efforts with regards to but not limited to product backgrounders, internal and external reporting, vendor/customer product management, and returns good administration. Responsibilities Product Setup & Optimization • Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability. • Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to drive conversion. Digital Marketing & Advertising Support • Assist with developing and executing Amazon PPC and Walmart Connect campaigns. • Monitor ad performance and prepare recommendations to optimize campaigns for ROAS. • Stay informed on advertising trends and platform updates. Inventory & Pricing Coordination • Track inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and coordinate with supply chain to maintain healthy stock levels. • Monitor pricing strategies and support adjustments based on market dynamics. Conduct Market Research • Identify trends, consumer demand, and competitive dynamics within the OTC product landscape. • Evaluate and recommend OTC products for portfolio inclusion based on market size & growth potential. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track the performance. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Compile and analyze sales, keyword, and advertising data to identify opportunities. • Generate reports to inform team decisions and business strategies. Leverage AI Tools & Technology • Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance product listings, optimize advertising campaigns, and streamline workflows. • Stay updated on emerging AI solutions relevant to eCommerce to drive efficiency and performance. Project Management & Store Brand Support • Assist the Director of Ecommerce with tasks related to store brand businesses (Amazon Basic Care, Walmart Equate, 365 by Whole Foods), including item setup and customer relations. • Support cross-functional projects to meet customer and business deadlines Platform & Tool Usage • Utilize Rithum (formerly CommerceHub) for product management and operational workflows. • Learn and apply ecommerce platforms and tools as needed to support team initiatives Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Analytical and numerical mindset, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously through completion. Excellent written and oral communication, must be able to convey complex ideas across a wide range of audiences.
