Role description
Job Purpose:
Assists Marketing Manager to translate product strategies and business goals into actionable plans and tactics that generate brand awareness, increase market share, improve customer loyalty, and help sales deliver topline growth, serving customers and attracting prospects. Coordinate all marketing, communications, and sales enablement activity for one or more business segments. Effectively manage projects, processes, and resources to plan and execute, measure and report results for integrated marketing campaigns and programs that optimize media mix, tools, and channels in both traditional and eMarketing environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with leaders of all business units, especially sales, to identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
· Participate in annual marketing planning and budget preparation.
· Coordinate day-to-day marketing, communications, and sales enablement activity.
· Own and coordinate Anchor social media activity on multiple platforms.
· Maintain content on company websites, including reviewing, analyzing, and reporting search engine optimization (SEO) status.
· Own the marketing mix and execute the marketing communications (marcom) plan for assigned business lines, including print ads, public relations, email campaigns, direct marketing, calling campaigns, tradeshows, social media, and other traditional and eMarketing channels.
· Collaborate with product managers to segment markets, target audiences, position products and brands, develop execute campaigns, and measure and report results that deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
· Write copy and design graphics for various external and internal channels and audiences within existing brand standards and guidelines.
· Provide customers with photos, artwork, graphics, copywriting and finished promotional materials for the promotion of Anchor products.
· Photograph / Film of Anchor events.
· Ability to design digital and print ads, emails, and other marketing collateral for custom and tent sales.
· Knowledge of E-commerce methodology.
· Develop mutually beneficial relationships with third party vendors, including marketing/advertising agencies, media, printers, and premium companies.
· Ability to work outside of and in addition to normally scheduled hours as required, including attending 1-2 trade shows annually.
· At all times, represent yourself and Anchor Industries internally and externally with an emphasis on professionalism, discipline, and urgency.
· Ability and willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional services and creative solutions to business problems.
· Operate cost-effectively and efficiently in achieving company goals and attaining department objectives.
· Other duties as assigned by leaders.
Education/Experience:
· Associate's degree or post-high school training in design and graphics. Bachelor’s degree preferred – marketing, business, or graphic design.
· Minimum two (2) years of related work experience in marketing.
· Tradeshow Experience is a Plus
· Proficient in WordPress / Elementor is a Must
· Knowledge of E-commerce BigCommerce platform is a plus
Specific Job Skills Required:
· Proficient project management and above average communication skills.
· Strong writing skills, design skills and verbal communication skills essential to success.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
· Proficient in Canva.
· Hands on knowledge of WordPress / Elementor web content management system.
· Demonstrated expertise in emerging social media trends and applications.
· Proficiency in event or trade show planning.
· Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of individuals and deadlines in a professional manner.
· Must be a team player who can multi-task and manage competing priorities to consistently achieve results.
· Ability to apply a creative eye while remaining loyal to the Anchor branding.
Relationship and Roles:
· This position will report directly to Marketing Manager.

Overall, no Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, however in some instances, this job may require the wearing of a variety of PPE that will be provided to the employee. If PPE is necessary, the employee will be mandated to wear it.
