Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Location: Hybrid β 50% Remote, 50% Office (Domestic & International travel 1β2+ times per year)
About the Role
Ironmaster, a leader in premium home gym equipment, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist our Director of Marketing in executing creative and results-driven marketing strategies. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, requiring a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to learn.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Website Administration
β’ Assist in auditing, maintaining, and updating product listings, including descriptions, images, videos, and spec sheets.
β’ Support the addition of new products and promotions to the website.
β’ Help ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency across all ecommerce content.
Social Media, Email, Blog & Content Creation
β’ Assist in developing creative assets in-house and by collaborating with AI tools, freelancers, and agencies.
β’ Support the writing and scheduling of engaging product and promotional posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
β’ Help maintain the content calendar to ensure timely, coordinated campaigns.
Community & Partnership Engagement
β’ Assist in communicating with customers to support and strengthen brand relationships.
β’ Support the building and maintenance of partnerships with industry professionals.
β’ Help manage influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and sponsored athlete programs.
Advertising & Campaigns
β’ Assist in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
β’ Help develop campaign assets and track performance metrics.
Project & Event Management
β’ Support coordination with agency partners for website improvements, photoshoots (studio, product, and lifestyle), and creative projects.
β’ Assist in planning and executing trade show exhibits, including layout design, logistics coordination, setup/breakdown, and product demonstrations.
Creative & Strategic Thinking
β’ Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative ideas to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
β’ Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Research & Development
β’ Research industry trends, consumer feedback, and competitor marketplace
β’ Make recommendations for new products and product improvements
β’ Assist in product development
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.
β’ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, social media management tools, and paid advertising.
β’ Basic photography/videography skills; experience with product shoots a plus.
β’ Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) and AI content generation.
β’ Self-starter, detail-oriented, and accountable.
