Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Duration: 4+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
About the Role:
• We are seeking an Assistant, Experience & Site Merchandising to support front-end customer experience and optimization across several eCommerce stores. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams (Audience, Paid Media, Consumer Marketing, Data & Analytics, etc.) to elevate the fan shopping journey. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about music, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support site merchandising & front-end customer experience.
• Assist in campaign & promotion strategies for music/merch releases.
• Help with customer acquisition, retention & loyalty programs.
• Track, analyze & report on performance to optimize eCommerce strategies.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience (internship, coursework, or assistant-level role in marketing/eCommerce acceptable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy team player.
• Strong passion for music and understanding of fandom.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking and reporting/analytics skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in entertainment or eCommerce.
• CRM/Email marketing knowledge.
• Familiarity with UX principles & consumer behavior.
• Experience with Shopify, Photoshop, or project management tools.
