Role description
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help execute and optimize our brand presence across community, digital, and physical channels. This role is instrumental in strengthening DandyMen’s voice, visibility, and relationship with our community. You’ll work across departments to support a variety of marketing initiatives—from website updates to creator coordination—and ensure the execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Brand Operations and Community engagement serves as a critical operational backbone within the DandyMen Co. marketing ecosystem. About DandyMen DandyMen Co is a premier men’s grooming brand that offers professional quality products at affordable prices. Founded by barber and grooming expert Lucas Kemper, DandyMen is on a mission to revolutionize the men’s grooming industry by providing high-performing clean, and innovative products that cater to the modern man’s needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Engagement • Engage directly with DandyMen community via social, email, and other channels • Monitor sentiment and feedback, escalate key themes • Contribute to strategies that increase community loyalty and satisfaction • KPIs: Community sentiment Score, Review Ratings, and Social Sentiment 1. On-Site Marketing Optimization • Keep the website fresh with updated copy, merchandising, and promotional campaigns • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to improve site experience • KPIs: Bounce Rate, Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV) 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Support keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and SEO-friendly content writing • Help manage blog publishing cadence and on-site best practices • KPIs: Organic Traffic Growth month over month 1. Public Relations (PR) & Media Reach • Assist in drafting press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and tracking coverage • Contribute to Earned media and go-to-market communications • KPIs: Earned Media Mentions, Referral Traffic Growth 1.
