The Opportunity: As Marketing Director, you will play a central role in defining the brand’s voice and ensuring its consistent expression across every touchpoint. You will oversee a talented team and agency partners, working across strategy, creative, PR, digital, and performance marketing. This is a role for a commercially astute marketer who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, while fostering collaboration and innovation across the business. Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals. β€’ Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and PR channels. β€’ Deliver strong product storytelling strategies, spotlighting hero products and portfolio synergies. β€’ Oversee creative execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone of voice. β€’ Manage PR agencies, influencer relationships, and brand partnerships to build authentic awareness. β€’ Guide performance marketing and email strategies, using data and insights to optimize ROI. β€’ Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing in-house marketing team. β€’ Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless brand experience across eCommerce, product, and customer journey. Experience: β€’ 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within premium skincare, beauty, or wellness. β€’ Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. β€’ Strong background in PR, influencer strategy, and brand partnerships. β€’ Experience overseeing creative execution and maintaining brand integrity across platforms. β€’ Commercial acumen with budget ownership and proven ROI delivery. β€’ Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams while collaborating cross-functionally. β€’ A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
