Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our multichannel marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing email and SMS campaigns, social media presence, paid advertising, affiliate partnerships, and website merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate blends creative vision with data fluency, and will work closely with both the Management and Buying teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with top-performing and strategic product lines.
Experience in eCommerce and a working knowledge of the firearms industry is a major plus.
Responsibilities
• Design integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid ads
• Grow affiliate programs to increase traffic and revenue
• Align marketing with product launches, inventory cycles, and buyer insights
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with focus on ROAS, CPA, and CTR, track and analyze performance data, and implement testing strategies
• Execute email and SMS strategies using automation platforms
• Manage social media content on key platforms, and ensure brand voice and creative alignment
• Coordinate with the Buying team to support website merchandising updates and promote relevant, high-margin products
• Oversee graphic design assets for brand alignment
• Coordinate with Executive management on quarterly goals, reporting, and strategy
Qualifications
• Proven success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid ads, affiliate, social)
• Proficiency with digital ad platforms, especially Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and familiarity with performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and segmentation tools
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and relationship management tools
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to guide graphic development
• Working knowledge of HTML for website merchandising and content updates
