A fast-growing consumer healthcare company is seeking a hands-on, business-minded Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels. This is a fully onsite position (5 days/week) based in Edison, NJ, with regular domestic and international travel required.
The ideal candidate brings a proven background in CPG healthcare or OTC products, a sharp understanding of market dynamics, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. This role is built for someone who thrives on action, accountability, and making a measurable impact.
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase sales, market share, and brand visibility.
β’ Lead campaign execution across email, social, paid media, eCommerce, and content channels.
β’ Oversee packaging input, branding, collateral development, and trade show strategy.
β’ Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide messaging, positioning, and product launches.
β’ Collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to align business goals with marketing plans.
β’ Analyze KPIs and optimize campaign performance based on real-time data.
β’ Travel approximately 30% to support events, market development, and team alignment.
