We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our multichannel marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing email and SMS campaigns, social media presence, paid advertising (Google Ads), affiliate partnerships, and website merchandising initiatives. The ideal candidate blends creative vision with data fluency and will work closely with both the Management and Buying teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with top-performing and strategic product lines.
Experience in eCommerce and a working knowledge of the firearms industry is a major plus.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid channels. Expand affiliate marketing efforts and align campaigns with inventory cycles.
• Digital Advertising & Performance: Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), collaborate with PPC teams, and implement A/B testing for optimization.
• Email/SMS & Social Media: Plan and execute lifecycle marketing with platforms like Klaviyo or Postscript. Maintain daily social presence with consistent brand messaging.
• Website & Merchandising: Collaborate on promotions, perform HTML content edits, and optimize product placement for conversions.
• Affiliate & Partner Marketing: Grow partnerships, track performance, and ensure brand integrity across affiliate channels.
• Creative Direction: Manage visual content creation and brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Buying and Executive teams to ensure marketing efforts align with top-tier product availability and strategy.
What you bring:
• 5+ years of marketing experience, 3+ in a leadership role within eCommerce or retail.
• Expertise in Google Ads, marketing automation and affiliate program management.
• Strong understanding of branding, copywriting, and design management.
• Basic HTML knowledge for content edits and merchandising.
• Familiarity with public company marketing standards and SEC compliance.
• Firearms industry experience or passion is a strong plus.
Bonus if you have:
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS.
• Fluency in GA4, Meta Business Suite, Refersion, or Impact.
• Working knowledge of CRO tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize.
