Are you ready to lead the marketing strategy for one of the worldβs most iconic and design-led consumer brands?
Are you a commercially driven marketing leader with a passion for brand storytelling, premium products, and leading high-performing teams?
Advocate Group is currently representing Le Creuset, a globally loved premium kitchenware brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship, colour, and innovation.
As they continue to evolve in the UK & Ireland market, they are seeking a Marketing Director to take full ownership of their brand and consumer engagement strategy across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with commercial goals and global brand positioning.
β’ Manage, mentor, and inspire the UK&I marketing team across brand, digital, CRM, social, PR, and visual merchandising.
β’ Oversee local activation of global campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact consumer experience.
β’ Own the UK marketing calendar and partner with Sales, Retail, and eCommerce teams to drive traffic and conversion.
β’ Optimise top-of-funnel activity, retail marketing, and trade programming with a focus on engagement and ROI.
β’ Strengthen agency relationships and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable value.
β’ Champion data-driven decision-making, customer advocacy, and Le Creusetβs visual and verbal identity across platforms.
About You:
β’ A senior marketing professional with strong experience, ideally in premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or home categories.
β’ Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
β’ Confident in full-funnel marketing β from strategy to execution.
β’ Able to balance global brand direction with local commercial execution.
β’ Passionate about brand, design, and creating high-quality consumer experiences.
β’ Collaborative, strategic, and able to thrive in a values-led, fast-paced environment.
